Lynsey has a strict deposit and cancellation policy across all of her beauty ventures. This helps her to prepare fully for your treatment and minimize the impact of no-shows and last minute cancellations on her small business. Deposits help her ensure her valuable time is spent delivering excellent service to you, and not scrambling to fill empty slots.
To ensure a smooth (pun intended!) experience for everyone, The Removal Room require a 25% deposit when booking your waxing appointment. This will be deducted from the total cost of your appointment when your waxing treatment is done and you’re feeling great! We get it - life happens! Your appointment can be moved until 12 hours before your appointment time without forfieting your deposit. However, cancelling with less than 48 hours notice or not showing up for your appointment on the day means your deposit will be lost.
Cats Got Claws nail appointments are organised and managed by Lynsey. The above policy also stands for nail appointments, and an additional cost may be added to your deposit to cover travel to your location.
Additionally, waxing and nail appointments may not be confirmed until your consultation form is returned and deposit is paid. The consultation form is really important, as it helps Lynsey to tailor your treatment to you, and ensure the products used for your treatment are suitable and safe. Please give honest answers. If anything changes between your appointments, please inform Lynsey and fill in a new consultation form.
